Whether you have a question, need troubleshooting guidance, or require assistance with a warranty claim, our team is here to help ensure your experience with Spectra products is positive, reliable, and stress-free.
Our dedicated customer care representatives can walk you through setup, offer tips for getting the best performance from your pump, and determine if a product issue is covered under warranty. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty Coverage
At Spectra Baby Canada, we stand behind the quality of our breast pumps and accessories.
Coverage Periods:
1 year from your original purchase date
(such as bottles, tubing, flanges, valves, adapters, etc.) — 30 days from your original purchase date
Our warranty does not apply to damage that occurs from accidents, improper handling, natural wear over time, use in ways not intended, servicing or repairs by unauthorized parties, neglecting care of the pump or its parts, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Designed for a single user. For hygiene and safety reasons, the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty request, please click the “Start Warranty Claim" button below.
After completing the form, please email a clear photo or screenshot of your purchase receipt to warranty@spectrababycanada.com.
You will be asked to provide the following information in the form:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Model Number
- Place of Purchase
- Confirmation that you have proof of purchase
Providing accurate information and your receipt will help us process your claim quickly and efficiently.
