Fill out our Heroes Discount Claim Form and attach your proof of service and purchase receipt.

Our team reviews your submission and confirms your qualifying status. You'll receive an email once your claim is approved.

E-transfer sent after 30 days
Your e-transfer is sent 30 days after your purchase date once the return window has closed. It goes straight to your bank account via Interac.

Why do we wait 30 days to send the e-transfer?

To protect both our customers and our business, e-transfers are sent only after the 30-day return window on your Walmart purchase has closed. This ensures the discount is honoured on completed, non-returned purchases. Your claim is logged and queued — you don't need to do anything else after submitting the form.

Common questions.

Can I use the discount before I buy?
Not at this time. Since our pumps are sold through Walmart.ca, the discount is sent as an e-transfer after your purchase is verified and the 30-day return window has passed.
How long does verification take?
Once we receive your form submission, we aim to verify your claim within 3–5 business days during regular support hours (Mon–Thu 9am–6pm, Fri 9am–5pm ET). Your e-transfer will be sent 30 days after your purchase date.
Is there a limit to how many times I can use this?
The discount applies once per purchase. If you buy multiple Spectra products, each eligible purchase can be submitted separately with the same proof of service.
What pumps are eligible?
All Spectra breast pump models purchased through Walmart.ca are eligible. Accessories are not included in the Heroes discount calculation.
Can I share this discount with a family member?
The discount is intended for the qualifying individual or their immediate household. The pump purchase must be made by the qualifying person.
Does the e-transfer expire?
Once sent, Interac e-transfers must be accepted within 30 days. If it expires before you accept it, contact us at info@spectrababycanada.com and we'll resend it.
