Your breastfeeding journey is important to us, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way. Whether you have a question, need troubleshooting guidance, or require assistance with a warranty claim, our team is here to help ensure your experience with Spectra products is positive, reliable, and stress-free.
Our dedicated customer care representatives can walk you through setup, offer tips for getting the best performance from your pump, and determine if a product issue is covered under warranty. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty Coverage
At Spectra Baby Canada, we stand behind the quality of our breast pumps and accessories.
Coverage Periods:
1 year from your original purchase date
(such as bottles, tubing, flanges, valves, adapters, etc.) — 30 days from your original purchase date
To register your pump, please email warranty@spectrababycanada.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Date the pump was received
- Place of purchase (e.g., Walmart.ca)
Be sure to attach a photo or screenshot of your receipt with your email.
Our warranty does not apply to damage that occurs from accidents, improper handling, natural wear over time, use in ways not intended, servicing or repairs by unauthorized parties, neglecting care of the pump or its parts, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Important Details:
Designed for a single user. For hygiene and safety reasons, the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
