What final sale means
Once a breast pump, pump part, or accessory has been purchased, we are unable to accept it back into inventory for resale. This applies even if the item appears unused, unopened, or sealed.
A policy built around hygiene and safety
Breast pumps and accessories are personal-use products that may come into contact with breast milk, skin, or feeding components. For this reason, we maintain a strict final sale policy.
Breast pumps and pump accessories are hygiene-sensitive products. Once they leave our control, we cannot verify how they were stored, handled, opened, or exposed.
Many parts are designed to connect to bottles, flanges, tubing, valves, or milk collection accessories. Because these items support milk expression and feeding, returns cannot be accepted.
Every customer deserves confidence that the product they receive is new, sealed, and has not been in another customer’s possession. Final sale helps protect parents and babies.
Even if a product looks unopened, we cannot place returned breast pumps or accessories back into saleable inventory. This helps maintain product integrity and customer trust.
Breast pumps and related accessories are intended for personal use. Similar to other personal care or feeding products, they are not suitable for return once purchased.
Final sale does not remove your product warranty. If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, our team will review and support you under the applicable warranty or damage claim process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following product types are considered final sale.
All electric, portable, wearable, and hospital-strength breast pumps are final sale.

Replacement parts that connect to pump kits or milk collection components are final sale.
- ✓ Flanges and breast shields
- ✓ Duckbill valves and membranes
- ✓ Backflow protectors and tubing
Accessories used for pumping, storing, collecting, or feeding breast milk are final sale.
- ✓ Milk collection bottles or bags
- ✓ Storage and feeding accessories
- ✓ Personal-use replacement items
Final sale does not mean no support
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us. Final sale applies to change-of-mind returns, but warranty and damage concerns are reviewed separately.
Manufacturing defects or shipping damage
If your product arrives damaged, missing components, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
