Fill out the affiliate application form below with your name, contact details, your platform or website, and a brief description of your audience. There's no minimum follower count — we review every application individually.

We approve your application

Our team reviews applications within 3–5 business days. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique affiliate tracking link for Walmart.ca and your affiliate ID.

Share your link with your audience

Post your unique affiliate link anywhere your audience can click it — Instagram bio, YouTube description, blog post, TikTok, email newsletter, or anywhere else. When someone clicks your link and purchases a Spectra pump on Walmart.ca, the sale is attributed to you.

Submit your monthly sales report

At the end of each month, use the affiliate payout claim form to submit your tracked sales for the month. Include your affiliate ID, the number of referred purchases, and Walmart order confirmation numbers where available.

Get paid via Interac e-transfer

Once we verify your reported sales, your 2% commission is sent to you via Interac e-transfer within 60 days of submission. The 60-day window allows Walmart's return period to close before we issue payment, protecting both of us. No minimum payout threshold.

Why do we wait 60 days to send the e-transfer?
To protect both affiliates and our business, e-transfers are sent only after the 60-day return window on Walmart purchases has closed. This ensures commission is paid on completed, non-returned purchases. Your claim is logged and queued — you don't need to do anything else after submitting.

Common questions

No minimum follower count is required. We review every application individually and consider the relevance of your audience to Canadian parents rather than follower numbers alone. A smaller, highly engaged audience of new or expecting Canadian moms is often more valuable than a large but unrelated following.
Since Spectra products are sold through Walmart.ca, tracking is done through your unique affiliate tracking URL which we provide upon approval. We use UTM parameters and affiliate link identifiers to track referrals. At the end of each month you submit your tracked sales via our claims form, including order confirmation numbers from customers where available, and our team verifies and processes payment.
All Spectra breast pump models sold on Walmart.ca are eligible — including the S1 Plus, S2 Plus, Synergy Gold, and any other pump models available at the time of sale. Accessories are not included in commission calculations.
The affiliate program and the Heroes Discount Program are separate programs. If you personally qualify for the Heroes discount (military, healthcare, first responder), you can still participate in the affiliate program to earn commission on referred sales. You cannot earn affiliate commission on your own personal purchase.
No cap. You earn 2% on every verified sale you refer with no upper limit. The more you promote and the more your audience purchases, the more you earn. There's also no minimum payout — even a single sale gets paid out.
This is why we apply a 60-day processing period before paying out commissions. If a referred purchase is returned within Walmart's return window, that sale is removed from your commission calculation. You'll only be paid on completed, non-returned purchases.
We aim to review all applications within 3–5 business days during regular support hours (Mon–Thu 9am–6pm, Fri 9am–5pm ET). You'll receive an email confirmation once your application is approved along with your affiliate link and next steps.
Yes — and we encourage it. Canadian and international guidelines require that affiliate relationships be clearly disclosed to your audience.
